I’m not a fan for what I call random link propagation in a blog, but this is special, so go forth and propagate little links:
Excerpt from the Nasa article:
July 29, 2005: “It’s definitely bigger than Pluto.” So says Dr. Mike Brown of the California Institute of Technology who announced today the discovery of a new planet in the outer solar system.
Although all the quotation marks surrounding the “tenth planet” bit make me skeptical, at the very least I agree with Chad Trujillo (one of the people who discovered it):
It’s not every day that you find something Pluto-sized or larger!

Bah! Once it turns up in science books, then I’ll be bothered to learn about it (because it’ll then appear in tests) - but until then I’m just to busy to get involved…
